I had a new bathroom fitted recently. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but the plumber and his colleagues helped me and reassured me all the way through. They were always on time, very tidy and cleaned up constantly. Always polite and nothing was too much trouble, always willing to listen and help where needed. They were very trustworthy and felt completely at ease with them being there at all times. Would completely without a doubt recommend this company to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again.

I called Joe as I broke the bath sink and even he was extremely busy he totally understood that was very urgent for us as we are having a little child at home and we were scared that his curiosity might lead to a cut! We had a water leak somewhere on a very large site, Joe & Rob set in place a plan to work in 3 stages to discover the leak. Lots of holes were dug, stop valves put in place and the leak was found and fixed. Marc was great, the whole team were friendly, professional and reliable. The quote was honest and the communication was great. Have now logged this company as one to use again in the future.
