Kinda annoyed that your site states free shipping, but then I'm charged "a flat rate" for shipping. Why?? Because I live in the USA or ?? I did not see anywhere where this is clarified that if I don't live in your same country, I will be charged for shipping. Also, there's no conversion for US dollars on your site even though you ship here. I'm happy to support your business, but little things like this are misleading and annoying for potential customers, especially new ones who haven't ever used your products before.

Informative and genuine products

Very good experience so far. Shipping is right away and honestly way before I was expecting. I have used the chestnut honey with Shilajit. Too early to tell but so far so good. It smells very pure and clean the way it should. I just sent a small jar to a friend of mine who has used shilajit from Northern Pakistan as I think this is more pure form. Will wait for his input. Highly recommended company for their products!
