Holy Moly! I am well firm with nutritional substitutes but THIS here, Shijalit, totally took me by surprise. I been expecting a slight, real marginal difference in Well-being but NOT such a Boost in Energy! Also, my Shoulder has been damaged since years (Medics assumed has something to do with my Muscles) and what now?? I can bend my Arm TWICE the amount I could before - after a few weeks only. You wanna know if this is good? Can't speak for others but to me: it is!
