Horrible company. Never seen such an unprofessional company like that. I contacted them to give a quote, they tried to oversell me many things that I don't need. I asked them for a breakdown of the cost so I can choose what I want to do, after weeks of waiting they sent me unprofessional email that they can not provide break down. I asked them to confirm and share more info about a package that they keep advertising online, they just ignored my email and never responded. What a horrendous experience from a unprofessional company.

Review of Loft Installation Service After experiencing some initial hiccups during the new loft entry installation process, I am pleased to report that the journey ended on a positive note. Upon first glance, the craftsmanship of the work left something to be desired. There were minor imperfections that detracted from the overall aesthetic appeal. Additionally, there were a couple of issues with the functionality that needed immediate attention. Needless to say, I was disappointed. However, I must say the company for their swift response and proactive approach to rectifying the situation. They listened attentively to my concerns and took prompt action to address each one. The team exhibited professionalism and dedication throughout the entire resolution process. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly shone through as they worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the installation met my expectations. The end result exceeded my initial hopes. What made my experience great was that the company was proactive and got me booked in swiftly and the process was seamless. What I didn’t like was that I asked the salesman specifically if Amazing Lofts out sourced their work. I was promised that they didn’t and they had their own tradesmen who worked for them. The reason that I mention this is because I’ve had terrible experiences in the past few jobs that I’ve had done to the house and wanted a LOCAL company that I could go back to if any problems arose. Salesman are either unaware or ignorant to the follow up procedure… which should raise alarm bells to anyone booking with them. I was promised 2 vans ( and teams) to be booked out as this was a big job, full protection / covers to be used throughout , their employed tradesmen and local team. This was not done. It was purely by luck that I had Micheal and Jake who came to do my job. It was a big job and on hearing my concerns did everything within their power to rectify what they could and complete the job on time. These 2 men were resilient, hard working, friendly, polite and respectful of our belongings. They worked cleanly , tidily and efficiently. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If it wasn’t for their clear explanation and giving me confidence in them, I would have cancelled my order. I strongly suggest anyone using this company to request this duo as at least you can rely on them.

Dan and Adam came today to board out our loft. Arrived on time, went through the job with us and then laid dust sheets down to protect our flooring. They were polite, courteous and respected our needs. The house was left in a very clean state with all dust etc vacuumed up before they left, you wouldn't realise any workmen had been in. Our experience from when Richard came in a did the survey to receiving the quote to the work being completed was one of being treated by professionals. Well done all.

Excellent experience, fast survey done and then loft flooring and ladder fitted a couple of days later. Robbie was really great, friendly, very tidy and did a great job. 100% would recommend tAmazing lofts to anyone.
