Richard came and surveyed the loft. Took time to sit down with me and actually went up in the loft. They were able to provide a very good price and was booked in for install next month. Mitch and another arrived on the day nice and early and we’re done by 3! Very professional and I would recommend over other firms! Top job

I saw an advert on Facebook for Amazing Lofts and thought I would get a few quote. The process of booking an appointment was very easy and the staff at the head office were extremely helpful and polite. The survey was booked very quickly and they confirmed everything in writing. The surveyor arrived on time and was great and explained everything they would need to do and provided an estimate at the end of the evaluation. The price was extremely good and so it was a no brainer decision. An appointment was scheduled there and then for the work to be carried out and then quickly followed up by a call from customer service confirming everything. The fitter Craig arrived on time and was very polite and took care in our home by putting dust sheets down from the entrance right up to our 3 storeys where the loft is. He did a super quality job with fitting the floorboards and installed a light. Despite the sawing and banging I was pleasantly surprised to see when he had finished how clean he had left everything and all debris had been hoovered up. He worked extremely hard in a very confined loft space but its really been transformed and we will make the most of the storage it has given us. From start to finish Amazing Lofts have been superb and have exceeded my expectations. They know what excellent customer service is all about. Believe me, I was very sceptical as have been let down in the past by other organisations and tradespeople, but these guys do offer a really good all round service and would Highly recommend them to anyone. One of our best decisions so far! These guys are truly professionals - we had a superb fitter called Craig, he was so professional, quick and left everything spotlessly clean for us (plenty of dust sheets, hoovered up after himself etc) Wonderful from start to finish! From start to through to completion, it was a brilliant experience. The initial surveying with Richard who we met at the Grand Design Show in the Excel Centre. Richard arrived on time and the survey was carried out in no time quickly. The quotation was received immediately and a booking was confirmed, Richard was very respectful of our property thank you. The gentleman who arrived to do the work - Mitchell and Gary. A big thank you for your excellent work and for having a lot of respect for our property. Our home was left clean and tidy.
