Fabulous job from start to finish. Turned up when they said and worked tirelessly to complete the job on time. Excellent workmanship from Michael, Jake and Rob who were pleasant and considerate throughout the day, leaving the house as tidy as when they started.

We had a large loft 60m^2. Danny came in advance and fitted three lights. Michael and Jake did the real work of putting 400mm insulation throughout the loft, fully boarding it, putting a balustrade around the new loft ladder, tables around the eves. They did a great job. They managed that there was already part boarding and a lot of stuff. They moved it around so there was no disruption as they put down the new flooring and disposed of the old. They were very helpful and reasonably careful with floor covering etc. ( perhaps they could have replaced it after a couple of days) we are elderly, they helped put a workmate and a large roll of carpet up there for us. The balustrade was a solid raw timber frame. It does the job and creates a safe environment. There were two hiccups, and although I paid the bill on the day they planned to finish, they had to come back. The ladder was in the wrong direction which had many ramifications. Also for older people the last part of the journey onto or off the ladder was unsupported and a bit scary. However, amazing lofts accepted the issues, Michael came back in the next week, turned the ladder, moved the balustrade removed some shelving to allow exit, and added extra hand supports. The issues were serious, but all the issues were addressed pleasantly and efficiently. Very happy with overall outcome. Fitting a small hoist to allow safe lifting and lowering of middle sized loads.

We had the best experience with amazing lofts… Michael and Jake called ahead to let us know what time they would be arriving and continued to give us updates. Once they arrived they were very professional and had a warm personality to them. We felt instantly comfortable and confident that they were going to do a great job. They thoroughly explained what their plan for the day was and then quickly cracked on. Once the job was complete they walked us through how to use our new timber ladder and then we had a look at our new fully boarded loft. Everything was nice and straight, clean and tidy. Our experience with them was great from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any future installations. Elliot, our guy that came over initially to measure up and give us the quote has also been so helpful throughout this whole experience. I got in touch with him a few times when we were considering going ahead with the quote. He helped us get the best price possible and even after booking, any queries that I had he was right back to me with the answers. Thank you boys for making this a fab experience for us. I’ve had a few bad jobs done previously with tradesmen during doing our house up and thankfully this time was a pleasure with the perfect outcome. ☺️🙏🏼🫶🏻.

Jake came and fitted our loft boarding and ladder, he was very efficient and tidy and got the job done quicker than expected. We're really pleased with the quality.

Went ahead with Amazing lofts to get my loft boarded and was given a decent quote and went ahead with them. Everything was explained on the work that will be carried out. Good communication from Aliyah who let me know in advance about what to expect on the day of installation and the time i would expect the installers to come. A day before, again was communicated well in advance to mention there would be a slight delay in time that the installers would arrive. Come the day of installation, Excellent and tidy work completed by Michael and Jake who explained the work they did and gave me access to see the loft. They also made sure to tidy up the area before leaving. My loft now looks amazing with the amount of additional storage available for me. I would definitely recommend them!
