The guys turned up when they said they would. The work that was carried out was of a very high standard. Cleaned up behind themselves and couldn't fault them at all. Would highly recommend amazing lofts.

I had our loft boarded, and I am so happy with the area Richard advised us on the areas which are safe to board and got the works done in good time . All the paperwork and warranty all official along with invoices . Team are really pleasant also . The loft looks perfect and the ladder is really safe and handy . Such ease of use . Highly recommended

I had my loft boarded insulated a new opening put into the ceiling, with the wooden pull down steps, which operate with a steel hexagonal fitting, Micheal & Jake arrived promptly, letting me know what time they would arrive! It was 8.30 when I left them at the property, after explaining how the work would proceed. I got a call just before midday to say that all the work was complete & they were clearing up, I arrived to find that everything had been left in good order. I was show the work that had been done & how the hatch opened & closed, with it being a wooden stepladder it is very stiff, to begin with. But would loosen in time. I signed the feedback form & it was a job well done. A big thanks to Elliot who came to survey the job, he made adjustments with no problem! Micheal & Jake were very efficient clean & professional…. Amazing Lofts carried out work at our home to install new insulation, board out the loft, increase the size of the hatch, install a new loft ladder and install a light. The quotation and booking process was all very well managed, to begin with. It was easy to arrange some someone to have a quote and we were happy with what we were told - lots of information but not pushy, plus the people doing the quote took account of our needs and found some ways to reduce the cost. We agreed an estimate and booked a two day slot for the work to be done. Amazing Lofts called a week prior to the work and confirmed when it would take place (the following Monday and Tuesday). We also received a message from a separate company (an electrician) who was to install the light. The electrician was due to come on the Friday, after the people working on the loft. This was something that had not been explained ahead of time however we were at home on the Friday so it wasn't a major problem. I took Monday and Tuesday off work so I would be available when Amazing Lofts arrived. I'd not heard from anyone by 10am on the Monday so I called in. I was told that the work was being done on Tuesday and Wednesday, which is not what I had agreed. Apparently this was due to staff sickness, which is understandable. What's not, is that I only found out about this change of schedule because I called in. Why didn't anyone inform us? We were given some options: Have the work done on the Monday and Tuesday, have the work start on the Tuesday and be completed in the New Year or pick two new consecutive dates in the New Year. None of these options were ideal, particularly as I had already emptied the loft into the rest of the house. We decided to have the work done on the Tuesday and Wednesday. I was able to work from home on the Wednesday and the work was not too noisy. We were given a modest discount to make up for the unexpected disruption. When the work was carried out, we were very happy with it. The installers were polite, clean and tidy (aside from the odd dropped nail, which we had to pick up in case the dog swallowed them). We had a good idea of when the installers would arrive (they called). They were very respectful and kept noise to a minimum. Same for the electrician, who was polite and professional. The quality of all the work was good and we're really happy with the end result. The price was reasonable too. We were really satisfied overall but the experience would have been a lot better were it not for the initial scheduling issues.

Elliot survey was friendly, professional and he met our budget and requirements. Ricky and Robbie arrived on time, worked swiftly, were polite , friendly and their work was the highest standard. Completely satisfied I made the right choice with this company. Highly recommended.

Michael, George and Jake from Amazing Lofts worked like true professionals. Brilliant job and very fast executed. Hatch modified with 0 cracks or prints on the walls, and absolutely no damage to the property. They tidy up after them and took all the rubbish away.I am very pleased! I totally recommend them! Great service and fitted the items specified to a high standard. Very approachable engineers and completed the work with minimal fuss and even ran the hoover around after! Now that is service… and saved me a job!

Really pleased with the service I received from John and Michael who installed a new loft hatch and ladder for me they were really well mannered and left the area clean and tidy after completion . Would definitely recommend them
