Ik heb al week geleden betaald maar nog steeds niks ontvangen? Als ik mail krijg ik geen antwoord!

I waited 2 weeks for my package. I was not prepared for that. Each (!) time I tracked my order I was told that I could pick up my parcel on the 29th of May (I understood: not a day before). So maybe your have a problem in your messages, since you tell me that you have tried to deliver at my door on the 18th.
