It happened once one of the product we received was opened.But the service was quite good at handling complaints and acted immediately. They have good quality products, which I’ve used for the past 8 years and I am not planning to change.

I love Vitaviva products but I am so dissapointed with the price of the shipping. I am located in EU, like Vitaviva, but the cost of shipping for me is like I live in Africa. That’s why I only order my favourite vitamins when there is a discount so I annul my shipping costs with the discount. Edit: After your response I have to just add that I don’t live in Slovenia. I am located in Croatia and the shipping cost is almost 40€. That’s why I order at my friends address in Slovenia (cheaper shipping) and than she sends me the package to Croatia.
