I ordered Christmas mugs and side plates, a tree topper, a beautiful teapot, pastry forks, cake stand, an initial mug and compact mirror. They all arrived in perfect condition and beautiful presentation packaging. The quality is lovely and I am looking forward to next Christmas already so that I can enjoy using them. I was very happy with the mugs I ordered and received so quickly , however , I was extremely annoyed by how they were delivered - It was in a huge box with a huge amount of paper just left into it . It was not packaged in any way which would have protected the product, and just created a huge amount of packaging for disposal. Perhaps shipping department might address this for deliveries going forward . Thanks again though for the otherwise excellent service.
