Easy to browse website and from ordering to delivery could not have been better

Got order confirmation and dispatched email. But no order has arrived!! Money taken from bank. I emailed twice and got no response. Very disappointed won’t buy again and would like my money refunded!!

Sent 2 emails and didn't even get an acknowledgement

Would have been five stars except the Cloche was very grubby/dusty when removed from it's packaging. General service and experience was the finest.

Sorry to say but the packaging was not good this time as well because the bowls were broken again there is no packing safety stuff inside and I saw the delivery man and he was also shocked to see and I gave it back straight away to him to send it back and refuse to take broken product u should check before u deliver glass stuff there is no fragile sticker as well on the box
