Packaging damaged
Packaging on one of the items I ordered from Tipperary Chrystal was badly crushed. It was to be a Christmas present and I hadn't time to replace it. Seems to me the packaging was damaged before transit and should never have been sent.

Christmas order wrong
I ordered some Christmas tree decorations, 3 best friends and one best Mum and one best Dad. I received 2 best friends and 2 best Mums and one Dad. I emailed Tipperary crystal and directly messaged via Facebook before Christmas. To date I have had no reply regarding my wrong order.
