In terms of ordering and payment with Tipperary Crystals site, absolutely no issue at all. My issue lies with DPD and their drivers handling of the package. Throwing it on to a bush in the pouring rain on New Year’s Eve, uploading the location but no pic of delivery is not good customer service.
