Terrible customer service no one answers . Orders are not processed in a timely manner so will definitely not be delivered by promised date. Why promise a delivery date if there is no way it can be met. Also no option to cancel the order available so items can be re bought somewhere else

I ordered several gifts for Christmas including Initial Tree Decorations for each member of a family. When my order arrived 2 letters were missing. It took several emails and days to get a response from Tipperary Crystal and by then the letters I needed were out of stock leaving me with decorations I could no longer gift and in search of another gift for the intended family. The items I did receive were beautiful. However I’m leaving this review to hopefully satisfy the countless emails reminding me to review my purchase.

I received an item which was damaged . I emailed customer service and explained the situation . I received a reply a few days later advising that the item would be replaced . Within a week i received it . This was customer service at its best.

Really poor quality, very disappointing. I purchased a necklace that broke in my hand the first time it was worn.

Although there was a delay in processing they did email to explain which was fine I only opened the box tonight and found that a silver pendant that was a gist was not enclosed Hopefully they will rectify the order and I will review again
