I can definitely recommend this clinic, the doctor and all personnel were very experienced. My translator - Victoria is a real professional, she was very kind and supportive throughout the whole process.

Travelled over early July 2023 with my son who had surgery from the uk. I can not fault in any way. We got picked up at the airport and had VIP transfer straight to the hospitail which wouldnt look out of place mixing it with 5 star hotels on booking.com (minus the swimming pool) Spotless and comfortable with excellent and atentive nurses and staff. Hotel was again top notch and a geniune 5 star establshment. Big shout out to Cagatay who was a gentleman to deal with throughout and someone Egepol hospitails are very lucky to have.

Great hospitality and service no pain throughout whole surgery experience and recovery. Cagatay was especially great at translation problems etc making sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible

I arrived for gastric surgery on 17-6-23, I had sleeve on the 19th, hospital is an amazing modern, spotless building, staff from surgeon, nurses & especially my co-ordinator Cagatay have been absolutely amazing, Cagatay if your boss is reading this whatever you’re paid it’s not enough, you’ve been amazing & on everything before we needed it, above & beyond, THANKYOU

Hi all, for anyone thinking of coming to Egepol for surgery, stop pondering and just book it. I came on my own and was a little worried how I would be but the staff here are wonderful, caring and do everything possible to make it a good experience. I had a mommy makeover and couldn't be more pleased with my results...that I can see so far. The hospital itself is lovely, modern and very clean. You have your own ensuite room which feels more like a hotel. Little touches such as a robe, slippers are t Provided to use whilst there and toiletries are provided too. The care pre op and after is outstanding and staff come within seconds if you need them. I would like to especially thank berrak and Çağatay who acted acted as my companion/ translaters as they were fabulous with me and gave me much needed support and reassurance throughout my visit. Cem was fab too as my coordinator on wattsapp who arranged everything pre visit. I can't thank you all enough. Lastly, huge shout out to my surgeon Ali, you really are an exceptional surgeon and you have transformed my body.....i can't wait for the final results when I've recovered fully. Absolutely wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone. I'll be back to xx

what can I say other than they are all brilliant here! I had a gastric sleeve and gall bladder removal! the hospital staff, nurses, surgeons were all brilliant helped with any questions not that I had any as they were all covered! the care was out of this world! the hospital it self was beautiful, modern and so clean! more like a hotel, I was impressed! my coordinator selin was brilliant from the 1st conversation! special thanks to cagatay, who was spot on with everything, any little issue and was there every step! changed our transfers short notice and helping my sister find her way around the town! all in all I would recommend them to everyone! amazing! I won't hesitate to come back next year for my mmo! thanks again you were all brilliant!

Many thanks to Victoria who’s supported us on a visit to doctor. She communicated on behalf us and explained everything we needed. The atmosphere in the hospital is pleasant people helped a lot, we even didn’t pay for car parking because we were patients of the hospital.
