Jolene Briggs and her team were professional and helpful throughout the sale and Jolene personally dealt with some very last-minute enquiries from the buyer’s solicitor on the day before completion. I’d previously been told that conveyancing for leasehold properties can take a lot longer to complete, but Jolene and her team completed all the conveyancing in under 8 weeks, on what turned out to be quite a complex sale.
