I chose Ramsden's Elland office to do the conveyancing when I was selling my house. Rachel Micklethwaite was the Solicitor and Andrew Holden was Rachel's conveyancing assistant. My main contact was with Andrew. He was so very helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. He was professional and yet had a very personal approach and a caring nature, which was so helpful when dealing with what can be a stressful situation :-)) The sale went through without any holdups. Ramsdens have been a professional firm to deal with in relation to my property purchase. I was working with Charles Knapman, Lucy Webster and Sophie. Despite the challenges I had from the seller in not co-operating with basic requests, Ramsdens dealt with them patiently without jeopardising the deal. They were polite during interactions and took the time to explain the situation and what was needed to be done. From a fees & charges perspective as well, they are reasonable. While I couldn't end up buying the property since the seller decided to pull out at the last minute, I would gladly recommend Ramsdens for anyone looking to buy their property. And yes, when I am back to buying my property, I will certainly go back to them and no one else.

The solicitors of choice for our buyer...avoid at all cost. Almost cost us our sale, completing with minutes to spare before mortgage expired. Unhelpful, uncommunicative, and provided inaccurate updates to buyer, as well as requesting the same information on multiple occasions and months down the line. Would have given 0 stars if able
