Poor communication, disinterest on every interaction, copy and pasted generic response emails. Had to chase constantly and would hear back weeks after documentation was sent to them.

Another absolutely outstanding experience of using Ramsdens for a house sale and simultaneous purchase. Emma and her team at the Halifax branch have been nothing short of phenomenal. We de-instructed a previous solicitor because of concerns with performance and asked Ramsdens to take over quite late in the process; Emma stepped in and from there we were absolutely confident that everything would be done on time, and to the usual exacting standards.
