I recently used Ramsdens Solicitors LLP for both selling and purchasing properties, and overall, my experience was quite positive. Used Ramsdens for our sale and purchase and although the process took 6 months and was extremely frustrating, this was down to others in the chain, particularly our buyers solicitor. Stacey Carr was working on our behalf and actually had our sale and purchase ready to go from our side by the end of June. She also had to deal with our frustrations but remained calm and professional. Stacey was very ably assisted throughout the process by Naomi Duxbury who was always quick to keep us updated and respond to any of our queries. When Stacey left towards the end of the process, Harriet Midgley was a very effective and professional replacement who worked hard to complete our sale and purchase.
