Not sure if this company is still operating ? Sent a message via the companies website, using their WhatsApp two days ago and to date no response. As such sent them an email a day ago and again no reply !!! Not good

Dr was very helpful and understanding, alongside the other triage staff, prices are by far better than the last clinic I used and the medicine seems to be so much higher quality. Feels like I can begin getting my life on track with the help I need being fulfilled.

I recently reached out to the treat it team for help to set up an account. I had the pleasure of dealing with Shakir who is an excellent representative. I feel that Shakir went above and beyond to guide me through the eligibility process, the subscription and booking me an appointment with a clinician, I deal with a lot of restrictions which have limited my availability. Shakir was very patient with me, he even made himself available to me to finalise when he was clearly unwell. Excellent customer care …. 5 star

Consultants are very knowledgeable and helpful. They work around what is best for you (oil, flower, etc.) It was a very speedy process; took 17 days from first consultation to the prescription being received The quality of flower is excellent Very happy customer

Amazing experience with treat-it I highly recommend, I had my first consultation on the 13th jan and had my medication in my hands 10 days later on the 23rd of jan. There are lots of strains to pick from and the quality of the flows is amazing, I had the Moroccan peaches and the GMO they are both amazing! Will be trying out other strains and experimenting with what works best for me. But A* service Shakir was amazing and his customer service was top notch. Thank you again guys
