From start to finish the whole process was very easy and quick to be accepted for a prescription. The delivery service has always been quick and reliable. The Doctors are very knowledgable and profession and the medication works.

A few honest mistakes but stellar service - highly reccomend

What made my experience great with treat it was the constant and consistent support. Whenever I had issues or questions, I could contact them and they would get back to me within the hour. Also very impressed with how quick the whole process was and how helpful staff was with any queries. The consultant was very understanding and friendly to talk too and let me know how the whole process works. After I was approved I spoke to my doctor who was also very knowledgeable and kind in answering any concerns I had. I can’t say enough good things about treat it and look forward to working with them in the future

I have been with Treat IT since April 2024 and I don't have a bad thing to say they staff are brilliant and nice and very responsive. I definitely recommend them to anyone having a look for a clinic. They are happy to help and do their best to accommodate.

Unreal delays from this clinic from trying to get a doctor appt, the delay in sending medication list (a terrible huge spreadsheet) and a nurse who emailed me to say shes my nurse two months+ after I joined. Also poor communication over the holiday period (mismatched last dates with their pharmacy newgrove) meant I didn't receive my meds on time. Lets see how long it takes to get my discharge letter...

Really happy with this clinic although would have given 4 stars if posted a few months ago due to stock issues but have had no issues recently and service has been 1st class. The flower is of high quality and I like that I know what's in it rather than the black market adding chemicals and other additives.

Been with the clinic for 3 months now having moved from another clinic and can't fault the service I've recieved from them. Very easy to contact via WhatsApp or phone and the oil I've recieved to date has been high quality and helped me with my insomnia and anxiety issues.

I use Treat it clinic as I found them to be very reliable, and if there is an issue they normally rectify it as quickly as possible. Delivery is prompt and is so easy to reorder prescription.

I know it's early days but the treat it clinic have pleasantly surprised me today by informing me that because of the busy period there may be delays. Here's hoping this is the start of a new treat it clinic where they keep the patient informed as to any delays in their mediction. Well done treat it and long may it continue
