Highly Recommend Prestige Ride

Our experience with Prestige Ride has been excellence. Our flight was early at LaGuardia but the Prestige driver was also early so everything was perfect. Very polite and helpful. On the return from Long Island the driver also was early to make sure that we made our flight. Nice gentleman. Highly recommend!

Top of the Line Service at Great Prices

Trina, our driver, was incredibly professional. The time we purchased ran over by two hours, and she very happily waited for us. We were all so impressed and deeply grateful. Her driving was perfect, and she was extremely courteous.

Do you want a ride where the driver causes damage to your personal property and the company does not stand behind it?

Do you want a ride where the driver pulls into the wrong lane at ORD for pickup and is getting yelled at by the cops and rushes picking you up? And while rushing he leaves the back end open while trying to drive off and your computer bag drops out and you have to yell at him to stop? You get out to get your computer bag and discover your computer screen is broken. He apologizes while getting a ticket for being in the wrong lane and blocking traffic while cussing at the police. Khadyatillo gets you and your family to your downtown hotel, apologizes again and says he will file a claim with the limo company. After your business trip, you immediately get the screen fixed and call the limo company and they state the driver did not submit any claim. The limo company takes 3 days to investigate, you submit the $190 bill to fix the screen (not the entire computer - they should consider themselves lucky), and the manager wants to argue with you and only initially offer you $100 for the damage. Manager comes back and says the most they can offer is $150. If this is the kind of crappy customer service you enjoy out of your limo company who does not stand behind the damage caused by their employee to the client, then this is the limo company for you! After speaking to the manager and telling him I will give a bad review and is the $40 difference worth it and he didn’t care, here we are! I hope multiple people reads this review and goes with another limo company and the loss the company feels is much greater than $40 they saved not standing behind the damage their employee caused.
