I booked Prestige Ride from Midway airport to Downtown Chicago. Customer service was excellent and Nick, the rep, picked up our family from inside the aiport from the baggage carousel. He was very courteous and helped us out with our luggage. The vehicle was waiting for us outside the aiport door as soon as we got out. There were 6 adults and a six month old infant in our group and the Sprinter Van was more than spacious for us and our luggage. Our driver was excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Excellent service with wonderful driver!

First time using this service. It was a gift from daughter to get from Ohare in Chicago. It was great getting into a lemo with warm heated seats in the winter. Eduardo our driver was perfect, he navigated us through a traffic snarl reducing our ETA from 75 minutes to less than 30 minutes actual. Highly recommended service.
