Terrible Experience

I usually never write any bad reviews but in this case, I really want to set cation notices to other people so that they don’t have to go through the same experience I had. I rented a car via this page weeks in advance of my trip. They cancel the booking 2 days before and didn’t provide any type of solution for a similar price they send a couple of options but all of them were double de price. The rental was in high season, so I couldn’t book any other car for the vacation. Very unpleasant experience. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND LOOK FOR OTHER ALTERNATIVES BEFORE BOOKING WITH THEM

Easy reservation process and transparent policies

Driverso is a very good option to rent a sport car because there are more providers in the same place and you can immediately see prices and availability, in complete transparency. The reservation process is easy and I liked the possibility to cancel it up to 3 days before

No Communication from Company About Refund

I booked a car through the Driverso website for an upcoming trip in March 2022. Their website states you receive a 100% refund if you cancel before a certain date. I cancelled my booking two weeks ago (6 weeks prior to the scheduled booking). I have not received a refund, yet, and cannot reach anyone at the company to obtain information about my refund. I have sent an email, used the chat feature on the website, and tried calling two phone numbers. No one will respond to me. At this point, I believe I have been scammed. **Update to my previous review. Today, I see my refund pending on my credit card. I appreciate Driverso quickly resolving my issue. I had to cancel my previous booking due to our travel dates changing. However, I will consider booking with them again in the future.
