We had a good time driving the rental car, but shocked when 2 months later, we received a surprising charge on our credit card: turns out the Rental pick up driver left the car longer in the airport area after we handed over car to him, than supposed to. However when we contacted Driverso (Orlando) to ask them to refund that Euro 125 to us, they stonewalled us and refused to reply us via email from July to September, 3 whole months. order number was Ref: 18045071 So disappointing and such a bitter taste of experience after the trip! I wholly don’t recommend them, so unprofessional.

Everything was excellent, the staff is very kind, and professional in their work, we rented a minivan, and it was wonderful, the reserved amount was released on the same day as the minivan was delivered to them without delay or decrease, for sure in my next visits, I will rent vehicles from them

I have been researching for a reputable car company to rent a SUV for my trip to Tuscany when I came across Driverso. It’s not a brand I am familiar with and was a little apprehensive initially. What attracted me was their great pricing compared to the rest of the usual suspects. But I was impressed ! Why ? Not only is their price attractive, they actually drive the car to you and pick up from your last location which was super super convenient for us travellers especially when you Re in multiple locations in Tuscany and your itinerary could change last minute. And they send me an alimony’s brand new Mercedes Benz GLE ! The person who drove the car to me was super helpful explaining all the features and even giving us tips on our travels ! How cool is that ? Brilliant customer Servcies ! Oh did I mention their WhatsApp support was super responsive to any issues and questions you have along the way ? That’s peace of mind for us! I will always recommend Driverso ! Only thing is to check your insurance coverage with them as they have an excess feature not sure if they have full coverage, but that’s the only thing to be mindful. Other than that I cannot recommend this company enough ! Kudos Driverso you made my trip to Tuscany a great and memorable one ! Thank you !
