Late arrival of the car. No reports of delays. Dirty car. No driver's mat. Delay in receiving the car. Several times higher fine for a scratch on a wheel rim.At 250 euros a disc costs, 395 euros for a small scratch from a kerb. Sounds like a rip-off!

I was very impressed overall, we found ourselves in a sticky situation, and Orlando was great in helping us with a solution without making us feel bad. We were able to get out of the pickle we found ourselves in, but it was Orlando that put us at ease and made us feel comfortable. I will certainly use these guys again. While hiring a car, I was extremely worried about getting scammed through excess charges for nicks on the car etc. I was pleasantly surprised to have the car delivered to my doorstep punctually with the driver calling 2-3 times to inform me of his location. The drop off was seamless too. I called to change the time in the morning and was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and understanding of the team. I met the driver at the airport and he even helped me with my bags! Absolutely fantastic guys! They’re honest and transparent. All my fears were unnecessary. I’ll certainly recommend them to anyone/everyone!

Amazing car, amazing service. Wife and I rented a BMW Z4 convertible 7-22-22 to 7-28-22 to explore the twisty roads of the Italian Dolomite Alps in an open top sports car. WOW! Best experience ever. One of the coolest things we have ever done. The Alps were spectacular and having the convertible sports car just took it to a whole new level of spectacular. Driverso made it so easy to do. Amazing service. They did everything they said they would do. They were flawless. I was initially concerned if the website and service was even legitimate. Well, I am here to testify they are for real and their service was first class in everything they did. They performed and did everything just like they explained on their website. It was the easiest, and most impressive car rental experience I've ever had. And the car - well it was perfect, fantastic, adrenaline rushing and worth every dollar we spent on it. I am so glad we spent the money. I am still reliving in my dreams the endless twisty roads, hairpin turns in the open top Z4 convertible surrounded by the magnificent jagged Alps and roar of the engine and pinned by the g force acceleration. You must do it. It took our trip to a whole new level. I cannot say enough good things about the service. Our delivery driver contacted us the day before we arrived and confirmed where to meet. He then texted us multiple times during the day of the delivery to check on us as our flight was delayed by an hour. He met us at the Venice Airport with the car running, AC on and ready to drive. He even paid our parking lot fee for us. It was so easy and pleasant. After our trip another drive met us at our drop off location at the Bolzano train station. Communication was excellent. They were right on time. We could not ask for better service. It was so good, we rented another car from them the following week in Salzburg Austria, a brand new BMW Series 4 convertible. Same exact amazing experience. I cannot recommend them high enough. We absolutely will be using them again. I can't wait to go back.
