After lookin to expand my home gym I came across dynamo fitness. They were polite and very helpful with everything I needed A+ for service and shipping was very fast. Had multiple updates of where my packages were at all times. Great quality products aswell and easy to install

Missing bolts and washers for my home gym. Unable to install the hydraulic steppers because of it. Emailed and spoke to a woman about it and was assured they'd be sent. Then no more communication. Rang again and got a rude response on the phone followed by an email to say nuts and bolts were sent with my pre ordered attachment and was in the post. Upon arrival, nuts and bolts are still not in the bag and it's been 2 months since first ordering the gym. AJ has since followed up, taken photos of postage and has resolved the issue, still quite annoying I've had to chase it up when the female sales worker didn't respond or do her job correctly but glad to get the missing parts.
