Not great customer service!
Not great customer service! After being kept waiting for almost 2 weeks for a quotation for a bouyant corner chaise. Despite a clear email with the fabric required (not on Cfs fabric swatch but available from the manufacturer) Was told sales would contact the manufacturer and obtain a cost but instead after repeated emails and calls Cfs just resent the fabric swatch from their website that I could view anyway! When I explained the colour fabric was similar to one on the swatch they just quoted on that instead, and not a competitive price either! So basically 2 weeks a waste of time! I then called another company they immediately inquired regarding the fabric with the manufacturer 10 minutes later gave a great price. Order placed 😊 Cfs if your customer service is this poor I wouldn't want to experience your after sales!

This bank has the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. If you have a problem not during regular business hours...which are very limited and nonexistent on weekends...you are just out of luck. They don't care. They will put a restriction on your account without connecting you to verify a purchase They deem "unusual". My son passed away and I was locked out of my account multiple times during the month even though I repeatedly informed them I was traveling, etc. Worst bank experience ever in my life. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!!

Absolutely disgraceful I ,ordered a display cabinet back in November to be told it would be delivered by 9th march ,It didn’t arrive by then and no email to say when it would be arriving,I then phone CFS up to be told it would be 31st of may ,not happy but I really wanted this cabinet, then I found the same one on a different website and it came within two days so I rang CFS to cancel there’s and they told me my refund would be in my bank within seven days that was on the 9th April.I have had to chase this company up every day to get my money back and it was only yesterday April the 26th I got it every day I was promised it would be in my bank that same day and every day it was not the stress this has caused me had been terrible just to get my own money back ,nothing but lies and even said they didn’t have my bank account details strange when I paid with the same bank card , NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from this company

Had a leather recliner chair delivered today. Lovely quality very pleased. Great customer service and a great couple of delivery guys who even took the boxes away. I will be ordering from them again regards Tina Rumsey

Ho comprato un materasso anti decubito PIUMA UP 3 € 500 è talmente duro che lo fa venire...ho speso 22€ per rispedirlo " loro mi hanno detto che potevo restituirlo" me lo rimandano in dietro perché l'imballaggio loro era non conforme VERGOGNA -LADRI-SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE !!!!! Ho provato a recensire il suo sito, e con una ennesima rottambulesca richiesta di email forse mai ricevute-e sapendo le mie non positive intenzioni...non mi hanno fatto recensire...strano tutte recensioni positive 🤣 nel loro sito ONESTI
Pessima esperienza
Oggi 29 Dicembre 2023 ho ricevuto 1 confezione da 25 pezzi di test rapidi Covid con scadenza Maggio 2024 Ho immediatamente contattato il servizio clienti la quale si giustifica che sono così come li ricevono dal loro fornitore e al mio disappunto che non li potrò consumare per maggio mi propongono un buono sconto di 13,00 euro o il rientro in sede. Avrei preferito essere informato al momento dell'ordine, perché ne ho assoluta necessità oggi e sono costretto a tenerli... La mia valutazione personale è che se il loro fornitore glieli manda così, vorrà dire che CFS Medical non ha cura per i propri clienti, sono loro che dovrebbero non accettarli e pretendere una scadenza di 1 anno.
