Website is ok and the purchasing process is good but the visual branding and e-commerce is a bit dated. But that doesn’t matter as the branded products they sell are very well priced. Only lost a star because it’s not good practice to charge for postage out and returns, and send the items in a box knowing that box will be oversized for the return. I was advised to wrap the returned items in a bin bag, which courier companies actively discourage.
