Service was fine unfortunately the wellies were unsuitable. I returned them. Don’t see why there is a “handling charge “ of £3 seems a lot compared to other companys

The boots wet too small- although my old pair were size 10 and fitted well . After struggling to get your boots on , I read that you should order one size bigger However it did seem strange that two size 10s could be such a different fit. However returning them was easy and I received a refund within a few days.
