Purchased Hunter wellies from this company online on 24th Nov 2022 which arrived 30th Nov. On 4th Dec 2024 I discovered that the rubber had perished part way up the leg and was leaking. Contacted company on 4th Dec to be advised that the guarantee had run out after 24 months even though I explained that they must have been failing within the guarantee period. Extremely disappointed at the lack of understanding and flexibility by the company and will not be using them in future
