Simply the first delivery was delivered in a very tatty box, not acceptable for Christmas wrapping. Midst of all there was damaged to the item. However it was sorted very well but really shouldn’t have had to.

You had the welly’s in stock I needed. I had to contact customer service just to check on when my wellies would arrive in case I was not in. Customer service emailed me back within half hour of sending the email to them so 5* to them. Will use your company again and highly recommend the products they sell and customer service response to queries.
