I’ve purchased quite a few tarantulas from Virginia and it’s always easy to use her online shop, the Ts have always arrived on time, very well packaged and her prices are on point with other sellers and she’s always been very helpful in supplying photos for me of any tarantulas I’m interested in. 10/10

I collected my purchases from Virginia today and I couldn’t be happier! My tarantula and millipedes were presented to me in neatly packed boxes with labelling, and when I unpacked them each looked in perfect condition and health. Virginia was prompt in replying to my emails about arranging to collect and upon meeting was friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to others!

I wanted to buy 2 grown African Train Millipedes for my son. They were actually quite hard to find and out of stock in many places. When I found Virginia's website it was clear that she was very personally involved with her animals and it was possible to call her to speak about them and delivery issues, which was very helpful. She also clearly prioritised the animals' welfare, which was important to me. I was very happy to buy the millipedes from Virginia even though they were more expensive than other websites were offering. (But it was not clear on other websites that the millipedes would be fully grown.) My 9 year old son is delighted with his unusual 'pets' and has eagerly shown them to his friends and I hope they will inspire him to be interested in the natural world. Thank you Virginia.

Virginia has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and her advice has been invaluable. I could gauge her passion for her animals from our telephone conversation, and I knew I’d be getting a quality specimen.
