all of the inverts were in great condition and were packed perfectly, heat pack was still warm on arrival and very impressed with the service. my only criticism is the inverts were much smaller than anticipated such as the leaf slugs, giant millipedes and domino cock roaches. I think this needs to made a bit clearer on how tiny when ordering. Other than that all perfect!! x x
