The medical spa is my absolute GO-TO for all of my skincare needs. They are thoroughly professional and go above and beyond to ensure amazing service every time. Within one year of using my new skincare plan designed by Dr Shabana, I have had a complete change in my skin. I no longer have the need to wear make up as I am literally glowing every day and I’ve had countless comments from friends and coworkers. They never oversell or push me into anything unlike other practitioners I’ve used in the past and they always make sure I thoroughly understand the products, and how and why to use them. Nothing but good things to say about The Medical Spa. From the initial contact, to the consultation, to the dispatch of the products, the team has been top notch. Very responsive and supportive throughout and always on hand to offer guidance. I truly can’t believe the speed at which I saw results when using the Obagi NuDerm system. After 6 weeks the hyperpigmentation I’d developed during pregnancy was gone and my skin was looking so much better. With still a few more weeks to go I’m excited to see the final results. It is an investment, but the cost and commitment is well and truly worth it. Would highly recommend both The Medical Spa and the Obagi products.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of money trying products to suit my skin, however nothing ever seemed to work. I’m so glad I stumbled upon The Medical Spa! My initial consultation with Dr Shabana was brilliant. All the right questions were asked to ensure I was placed on a regime that would be suitable for my skin type.
