attentive driver, punctuality and vehicle in good condition

We were made to welcome as soon as we walked into the office to make the booking. Our driver was absolutly professional but also friendly & chatty.

We had an exceptional service from Luxury airport service. Mike was very friendly and his driving was very comfortable and we could arrive at the airport on time. We would definitely use Luxury Shuttle service again in the future. Thank you.

great service. on time, and clear directions

Although not Luxury Shuttles fault I did have to wait a long time (3 hours)efore we left the airport because of a passenger caught up in a very long quarantine queue. Also the long walk from the arrival hall to where the shuttle was parked was not easy for some of the passengers. Perhaps the driver could bring the shuttle closer to that door (once all have been gathered up) if some passengers are less mobile

Already said Going up 20th December broke down out of Waharoa for 1hr 3/4. Instead of arriving at 11am We arrived 1.15pm. Rush for some for flights. On return 9th January, Robin, exemplary service 5 stars.

The management was very accommodating in rebooking us on an earlier shuttle.The driver was very friendly and we departed close to the scheduled time.

I booked return wrong day when i landed. A call to base and i was put on another shuttle. So easy to deal with. Highly recommed to anyone
