The driver made the drive to Auckland fun and the other passengers were good travel companions as well

It got me to were i was going safely, stopped for coffee and break. Seats were comfortable. Driver was friendly.

The driver was friendly, the shuttle was big and comfortable, there was an external problem on the way (accident) and the driver knew how to solve it so that we arrived at the airport on time

The shuttle arrived on time. The driver was pleasant and friendly and we were impressed that he took us to the door of the Pullman at Auckland Airport. The shuttle was clean and tidy.

Although the plane’s arrival time had one and one half hours delay for their that day’s last shuttle, they still waited for me. And I had a very smooth and comfortable drive from the airport to my house.
