Although this was my first order from STG and unfortunately I ordered the wrong size boots my first impressions were very positive everyone I spoke to were very cordial and even called me by my first name. I returned said boots and will be ordering the correct size and I don't expect a problem they seem very interested in pleasing me.And by the way their prices are very very good

There is a reason why you purchase from pros! Great advice, great materials. They are not large warehouse, you get to communicate with the owner/pro directly. I had the upgraded parts delivered very quickly, packed well. I would definately use again.

Great experience. I called to confirm they had the product in stock because it was out of stock everywhere according to the manufacturer..they did but only one. I ordered it on line and they shipped it the same day. Very happy with the experience

Service seemed ok. I was sent an incorrect product, I reached out to STG and really didn't get much help on being able to return the item. The support was rather cold and not really willing to help. So in their reply you can see the same unwillingness to help. Yes I did order an M10x1.25 and an M8x1.25. But also ordered an additional M10x1.25 where I was sent another M8x1.25. Dont keep trying to send me back through your hoops. who has time for that?

On time the parts fit perfectly and they look amazing thank you!!!!!
