I emailed around Black Friday and wasn’t expecting a response too quickly, however, Max responded to my email almost immediately. Shortly after, I had called and he was able to place my order over the phone with no issues. After exchanging information to place my order it was refreshing to talk on a more personable level about the upcoming season. Overall, the process was super smooth and easy. Max was super friendly and knowledgeable and had been a great help from start to finish!

I love the ease of ordering and the expertise of the sales staff. They always are able to answer questions whether for the bike or the gear. I also love the ease of returns when I screw up and order the wrong thing. If you are not buying from STG you are buying from the wrong place! I always go to STG for gear and parts.
