First contacted about fitment on a seat. The sales guy actually looked into it and told me NOT to buy because he can't guarantee fit. He checked Saddlemens catalogue and they didn't have one for my specific submodel. Most would just sell it anyway and hope you don't return it. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it would so I ordered from these guys. Shipped rt away and had the seat in my garage within the week. And yes , the seat fits perfectly

purchased a pair of RST boots based on the STG vid. Exactly as described, especially fit (need a decent sized toebox). never heard of STG before, but decided to take a chance. Ordered Monday, in hand on Wednesday! Great service, great informational vid. I Will be back!

Fast response in issuing a refund for tire that was no longer in supplier stock (one of the drawbacks to vendor stocking). Rep was courteous and responsive in addressing the problem. I will do business with STG again when I can.
