Ordered OBD tool for 2023 KLX300 (as usual no option for my 2024 model yet). Arrived as promised but there was no adapter for the OBD connector on the bike. Sent a pic and request to CS and was told to contact the manufacturer Healtech. Tried numerous times to contact them by email (their only contact option) and got message failure reply's. From their server. Will call STG this morning to try an resolve but not too confident you will help!

Normally I love sportbike track gear, but with this experience they failed miserably. I ordered what I thought was a frame slider kit because it showed the frame sliders the bar ends and the rear spools in the picture when I got was just the frame slider that's false advertising I called to let them know and I also could have gotten it on Amazon much quicker and with free shipping they said I could send it back but it's going to cost me to send it back plus I already paid for it to get here and they didn't have any suggestions on how to make it right like refunding my shipping or at least updating their photos so other people don't get misled, so for that they get one star
