Fast delivery even w a little mix up posting the Amazon Pay. Had the call twice to help the merchant clear their payment. On my first call the STG rep sent me back to Amazon to clear the payment which after an hour working through a dozen Amazon prompts and reps they assured me the payment was in the STG queue to accept their payment. Called STG again put me on hold and figured out the issue on their end. Got a large dose of STG’s “on hold” music waiting on the customer service line its hardcore guitar rock that should be toned down a bit.

WOW! READ THIS!! didn't get my parts for 2 week with paid 2nd day shipping and a 24 hour hold time on products. Yes 2 weeks! I Hope MotoAmerica never makes another partnership with STG. Im certain Max and Bryan Kept my parts knowing I was racing, to "show me" they are trying to control this situation. I'm calling them out! I called and complained about not getting my parts in time even though I paid for 2nd day shipping. I ordered on Sunday and received my parts on Thursday, 12 days later. I'm suggesting to shut this place down. Thus in Numbers we can boycott and go to revzilla or somewhere else IE PART UNLIMITED...Make these guys get a real job, because this one isn't working. I stopped supporting this company after this. the website is a Family owned, being groomed to have snobby attitudes and bad customer services. instead of asking me to reimburse my shipping, his suggestion was " want me to send it ground." What nerve Max had to say that to me! they think they are better than us. This was done many times before (long wait times) and I never said anything but this one was deliberate and intentional. These guys only care about taking your money and mine. They don't care about us customers, so We will go somewhere else with better services and commitment to the Road Racing community.
