Ordered two levers which were in stocks. Shipped at different times but its OK. Looks like one is finally coming and one was shipped pretty early.

Absolutely amazing customer service and shipping/delivery times! Ordered a clutch return spring and MGP levers separately, both with UPS 2nd day shipping. The 2nd day shipping for the levers was refunded because they were coming from a distributor only 3 hours from my home!

When I placed my order over the phone I was not offered faster shipping. It took almost a week to get woodcraft frame sliders that could have been put in a usps flat rate box and had it in 2-3 days. Was told it’s shipping out same day and did not ship out for 2 and a half days. Communication need to be discovered.

A package got lost, and they researched it and issued a refund without my having to do anything special.

Called with questions. Everything answered and parts ordered for my application. Parts sent in timely fashion. All good..
