Very helpful customer service and fast delivery , good quality products

I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, but spoke to a very helpful lady who pointed me in the right direction; my order arrived very quickly and was just right.

I have to come here to write a negative review because otherwise I don't have an answer to my emails. The problem is that after having problems with an order of 70 bottles, 20 of which were broken, they told me that I could ask for the bottles to be wrapped next time, except that upon receipt of my new order of 70 bottles they have not been wrapped despite my request and there is again damage. Order #169695

Prompt delivery the little bottles so lovely, just what I needed

Sadly my order was delivered to the wrong address, not a fault of Wares who were helpful in finding out the address, however hugely inconvenient The courier was awful in trying to sort it out..normal nonsense of not returning calls, being put on hold for in excess of 30 minutes. Eventually Wares found out the address it went to and I picked up the order myself..So in summary not a fault of Wares but the Courrier.
