Really helpful staff

When I ordered the pots they arrived with no lids and then I found out that the lids must be bought separately. Because of this delay I lost a large order. I consider this as a rip off which is not unusual in todays smart marketing practice. Buyers should be made aware immediately they want to purchase that this practise exists
