Hi I had a large order i there was items missing on one order Gill phoned to tell me and offered a refund I decided to but other items the items arrived and I hot very confused as to how many I should have received no problem they were so patient and explained to me what I had ordered and how many items I should have they did this calmly and I felt comfortable and did not feel rushed I will definatly be buying from this company again I would just like to say thank you

Great products and service. Two of the items were damaged but a quick email to Customer Services and replacements were sent out. This type of things does happen, especially with glass, but its how things are sorted that counts and I couldn't have ask for better.
