Wares are lovely, their products are great, they come securely wrapped in non plastic packaging. The only trouble is that I need to order at least two weeks before I anticipate needing their products and I will have no idea when they will arrive. I have been asked to review products which I ordered on 2nd July and as of today (12th July), it still hasn’t arrived despite receiving a dispatch notification on 6th July. This happens with every order. The staff are lovely when you call them to find out what’s happened to your order, but I don’t always have the time to chase this up, and it makes me want to use a different supplier sadly. EDIT: Wares contacted me straight away after this review was published in order to rectify the problem. Their customer service is excellent.
