Excellent customer service and great product!

Good/Great: The website. I was interested in the organic finishing oils. The website was very informative even providing suggestions of what product to use based on wood and when/where. The option of buying sample sizes is a major plus. Great for small projects, or trying a product without having to buy a larger quantity. Bad: Use of a 3rd party to track my package. In order to track a package, the 3rd party requires you to register for their service. No thank you. My package was delivered via USPS. I assume all packages are delivered by one of the 3 major carriers: USPS, UPS, or Fedex. All 3 provide a tracking number and a way to track your package without registering. UPS and USPS will even ask if you want to be notified by email/text of tracking updates. I do not want, or need, some unknown 3rd party doing this for me.

Friendly service good company to do business with , was very helpful in choosing the right product. Product was shipped very quickly. After shipping communication about delivery was great and up to date. I have used the products to refinish flooring, product was bought this time to finish a gun cabinet , looking forward to how it turns out

Have used tung oil for years and have had great results, however never used pure oil. Your site was a wealth of information much I did not known. Can not wait to try this product. Just ordered and to arrive tomorrow!

We have loved using Real Milk Paint Co products -- have not been disappointed so far! This time I got Dark Half to stain a toy shelf I made. Looks great!

The process was straight forward and intuitive. The product itself is great - I’ve used it before. However, being browbeaten for a review before the product even gets to my door cost you a star.

Finished my kitchen remodel with butcher block countertops, and a little research told me to use Real Milk Paint's Dark Half to get the look, durability and food-safe result we wanted. Dark Half was my end choice due to it's idiot-proof formula. No mixing. No calculating. Just pour it on and spread it around. Let it sit for about 45 minutes and repeat until it is saturated. Even I didn't screw it up. Our countertops are beautiful and durable. We couldn't be happier. As far as service, communication was great and shipping was fast. Fantastic company. Made life easier for us.
