fast service, great product, good prices

Tung Oil hasn't been available in my area for a month. I was able to order from Real Milk Paint Co, without any delays.

I was so incredibly impressed with the customer service! I had lots of questions, and they always answered the phone during the hours they were open. No needing to press numbers to get to a department. No waiting on hold. No annoyances. A REAL KNOWLEDGABLE PERSON! Usually the person who answered the phone was able to address my questions, or asked someone else to make sure I was given accurate information. They were very patient with me. As for the products, I bought: 1/2 & 1/2, Citrus solvent, and soapstone sealer. So far, have used the first 2, which seem to be working nicely. Waiting to use the sealer until after the counter tops are fully cured.

The website was acting a bit odd. Double headers and things like that. When I did a search the item I was looking for didn't show and I had trouble updating the cart.

Appreciated the prompt feedback and followup.
