Your wax makes me look good!

The delivery was as promised. The colors are really nice. I had trouble getting the lumps out, it took several different ways to finally get the paint ready to use.

I heard about Real Milk Paint Company from a woodworking class I was taking. Excited to use their products and their information and downloadable guides were great. Plan to buy from them many more times.

Looking for a place for milk paint and finishing products, this fit the bill. Everything you need is right here. There is much info about all their products, plus videos. Service and delivery was fast. This is a great place.

Wish I could give some constructive feedback, but it would be a delight if all online orders and subsequent deliveries from all online companies went as smoothly and rapidly as The Real Milkpaint. Look to hear from me again!

I mistakenly purchased more than one of some of the colors I needed. Upon reading the order, I promptly emailed the company, however the order had already been processed and shipped early the next day from the order. The response to my explanation of what occurred and that I wanted to change the order was simply met with a reply that it had shipped, ignoring the actual issue. I replied to the email, and received no reply at all.

My experience with milk paint was not good, but perhaps it's my fault. I saw a YouTube video where they mixed flag red and black iron. The resulting color was exactly what I was looking for...or so I thought. After carefully mixing and applying on my bare wood project, it looked good wet but not at all what I wanted after it dried. I applied both Varathane finishing wax and Minwax Polycrylic as a topcoat, but neither did the trick. Perhaps if I had wax from the Real Milk Paint Co it would have looked better, but I didn't have time to wait for a shipment. I also tried several other mix formulas trying to get my desired color, but no joy. Milk Paint might be a great product if you can get the color you want and use their topcoats, but it didn't work for me.

I love using Pure Tung Oil & Citrus Solvent for the finish on my woodworking projects. But holy crap! I really don't need 8 emails confirming my order (1 email), indicating my order has shipped (3 emails), review request (1 email before I ever received the product), indicating my order is out for delivery (1 email), and that my order has been delivered (2 emails). Emails from RMP, Route, & Trust Pilot. A bit of overkill for me. And as an added bonus, by submitting this review an account with Trust Pilot is created for me, which I'm guessing will generate yet more emails. And "Shipping Protection"? I missed eliminating that extra charge on the order process. I should not have to pay extra to ensure that the item I have ordered is received without damage. That is on the seller and the shipping company.
